VISIT US TO DISCUSS YOUR NEXT PROJECT. LET'S BUILD PRECISION TOGETHER.
CNC turning is a high-precision machining technology focused on the fabrication of small-sized rotary components with strict tolerance requirements. Relying on advanced servo control and ultra-fine cutting parameters, it can process tiny shafts, pin parts and micro thread structures accurately. It greatly improves product qualification rate and consistency, and is widely applied in electronics, optical instruments and precision hardware manufacturing fields.
Custom CNC turning is our core precision machining service, dedicated to manufacturing high-quality, dimensionally stable rotary parts for global industrial clients. Equipped with advanced CNC turning centers, Swiss-type lathes and multi-task turning equipment, we produce custom metal and plastic turned parts with ultra-tight tolerances, excellent surface finish and outstanding repeatability. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer, we support rapid prototyping, low-volume customization and large-scale mass production, fully adapting to diverse project demands across global industries.
Different from conventional manual lathe processing, our automated CNC turning technology converts your CAD, STEP, IGS and other design files into finished high-precision rotary components efficiently. We specialize in complex cylindrical parts, threaded parts, stepped shafts and disc-shaped workpieces that require strict dimensional control. We deliver a full one-stop solution covering material selection, DFM optimization, precision turning, customized surface treatment and full-range quality inspection for all custom CNC turned parts.
